The Developmental Center of the Ozarks is seeking a positive, patient, and motivated Community Inclusion Coach to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community‑based learning environments. This role focuses on teaching skills, promoting independence, and helping individuals participate meaningfully in community activities, volunteer sites, and daily living experiences. Under the guidance of the Community Based Learning Director, the Community Inclusion Coach plays a key role in empowering individuals to build confidence, self‑advocacy, and real‑world skills.

Laundry Aide (Part Time)
The Developmental Center of the Ozarks is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Laundry Aide to support our licensed Early Child Care and Education program. This role is responsible for completing daily laundry tasks and light housekeeping duties that help maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for children and staff. Work follows established procedures and is performed under the supervision of the Program Director.

In this role, you will work with pediatric clients from birth to 3 years old, providing evaluations and therapy in their natural environments—such as their home or daycare—while partnering closely with families and caregivers to implement effective therapeutic strategies.

This role oversees all financial management functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. As a key member of the management team, the Director of Finance provides guidance on long‑range planning, policy development, and organizational decision‑making. This position supports DCO’s mission by ensuring strong financial stewardship across all programs and services.
