This role focuses on teaching skills, promoting independence, and helping individuals participate meaningfully in community activities, volunteer sites, and daily living experiences. Under the guidance of the Community Based Learning Director, the Community Inclusion Coach plays a key role in empowering individuals to build confidence, self‑advocacy, and real‑world skills.
