The Accounts Payable Clerk supports the financial operations of the Developmental Center of the Ozarks by processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely and compliant payment practices. This part‑time role plays an essential part in upholding the organization’s financial integrity and supporting DCO’s mission of empowering individuals with disabilities through ethical, efficient, and reliable financial stewardship.

TEACHER ASSISTANT/ FLOAT (PT)
The Teacher Assistant/Float supports the daily operations of DCO’s Child Care Program by assisting classroom teachers, providing direct care to young children, and helping create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. This role plays an important part in promoting children’s growth, independence, and well‑being through hands‑on support, positive interactions, and consistent supervision.

Direct Support Professional (CA)
The Developmental Center of the Ozarks is seeking a caring and dependable Direct Support Professional – Classroom Assistant to support adults with developmental disabilities in a classroom or community‑based learning environment. This role provides hands‑on assistance, personal care, and instructional support to help individuals fully participate in daily activities, educational lessons, and community experiences.

The Developmental Center of the Ozarks is seeking a dedicated and professional Pediatric Special Instructor to join our Early Intervention Team. In this role, you will work with children from birth to 3 years old, providing play‑based developmental instruction in their natural environments—such as their home or daycare—while partnering closely with families and caregivers to support meaningful developmental progress.
