Our Programs
The Developmental Center of the Ozarks team is dedicated to helping change lives through a variety of services and programs.
We offer early intervention therapy as early as birth. Your loved one can receive therapy in the most natural settings — home, day care, etc. Parents can send their children to fully inclusive day care — some have special needs, and others do not. Adults with disabilities can spend time with other adults doing activities such as dancing and drawing, take classes on subjects such as photography or science, or receive the necessary training to pursue employment.
We’ve designed our programs with growth in mind and want to help individuals at every age find success.
Therapy Services
Our therapy services are tailored toward every individual. Our licensed therapists specialize in a range of therapies, including physical therapy, speech and language pathology, occupational therapy and special instruction. See what advantages our multidisciplinary team offers today.
Technology & Learning Center
We want to give everyone an opportunity to continue developing skills and growing as a person. The DCO Technology and Learning Center provides that opportunity to qualified individuals who are no longer in a formal education program. Learn more about the focuses of this program and who can attend.
Employment Services
The goal of DCO’s Employment Services program is to give any individual who wants to work the necessary training and assistance. Our nationally accredited program has helped people find and maintain successful employment for more than 35 years. Find out more.
Early Child Care & Education
Give your child a strong foundation with the DCO Early Child Care and Education (ECCE) program. Our trained staff uses a developmental model to help children from six weeks to six years old learn and grow. Learn more about our program features, cost and more.
Community Based Learning
The DCO Community-Based Learning Program concentrates on creating spaces for individuals to participate in enriching activities. Adult Day Center
Adult day centers offer a variety of opportunities to be social and interact with others. Focusing on leisure and personal needs, the DCO adult day center is ideal for individuals who want a slow pace to relax. Learn more about the program, eligibility and cost.
