Job Coach

Responsibilities

This is responsible work which provides guidance, teaching, and modeling for one individual with time limited job coaching or a work crew of 2-4 individuals with disabilities or 1:1or 1:4 with client(s) during their time under employed status. The hours of this position may vary weekly, depending on client needs. The Job Coach works under the direct supervision of the Employment Program Coordinator or designee.

Requirements

An employee in this position is responsible for implementing coordinated efforts with clients, employers, Service Coordinators, residential providers, parents/guardians, social service agency representatives, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, and participants.

Salary Range

Salary: $17-$20/hourly
