Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities

The Behavior Analyst would be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, including analogue functional analyses, descriptive analyses, preference assessments, skills assessments, and other experimentally validated assessments. The Behavior Analyst would develop Behavior Support Plans and programs with goals of behavior reduction and skill development, as well as be responsible for training caregivers, staff members, etc. on the plan and monitor for treatment fidelity. The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for consistent data tracking and adjust according to data collected.

Requirements

Candidate MUST have a Master’s Degree from an accredited university and current BCBA certification with Missouri Behavior Analyst licensure in good standing. Two years of postgraduate clinical experience preferred, but not mandatory.

Salary Range

Wage: $65,000-$70,000 depending on experience of candidate
